Cadbury-Hicks

Dik and Pete Hicks first met up as bassist and vocalist respectively in Steve Hackett’s first touring lineup in 1978, performed on the albums ‘Spectral Mornings’ and ‘Defector’ and started writing together whilst on tour. Over the following years they kept in touch and wrote songs remotely by correspondence.

When Dik moved to London in 2007, they re-established contact. In 2014 they formed the duo Cadbury-Hicks to perform their songs live and started recording their debut CD ‘Cadbury-Hicks’, now available on Beach Hut Records or via the ‘Music’ tab on this website (https://dikcadbury.com/cadbury-hicks-album/). They’ve even persuaded Steve Hackett to dust off his harmonica…!
